The short dress from Noir Handmade Curves is in a corset style and has a slightly flared skirt part. It is made out of beautiful, black power wet look with tulle material for the top part that is decorated with velvet flock print. The top is very low cut and has wide, short sleeves. There is a full-length zip at the front. It is stretchy for a perfect and comfortable fit.
