Regulations of the TOYSTORE erotic warehouse

1. The administrator of personal data of people using the toystore.com.pl website is the company:

The administrator collects and processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).

2. Registration on the website www.toystore.com.pl may be made only by entrepreneurs: companies and natural persons conducting business activity, who intend to familiarize themselves with the administrator's offer in connection with their business activity.

Logging in to the website www.toystore.com.pl, as well as conducting the ordering process requires registration. Toystore runs wholesale services for business entities.

3. Registration at toystore.com.pl means acceptance of these regulations.

 

4. All offered products are new, free from legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.

5. After logging in, the customer has access to the following store functionalities:

•  preview of current net prices
• product prices before and after the discount
• inventory / availability of goods
• access to marketing materials - photos, descriptions, product specifications,
• access to integration files - CSV, XML, API

6. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, after logging in to the account.

7. We consent to the use of photos and descriptions of the offered products on the websites indicated by the client.

 

8. Payment

Available payment methods:

• Prepayment - the appropriate amount is transferred to the Toystore account before shipment. The transfer should be made after receiving the invoice from us. Shipment takes place after the payment from the customer has been credited or sent by e-mail to biuro@toystore.com.pl
• Due date - option available for regular customers.

9. Delivery

The goods in stock are usually shipped on the same or the next working day after placing and paying for the order. The goods are shipped via DPD courier.

For orders over 1000 € - free shipping.

Shipping outside Poland:

The cost of shipping parcels abroad depends on the country of delivery, weight and number of parcels and is calculated individually for each customer

10. Orders

The main product list includes data such as:

• product name,
• photo,
• symbol,
• symbol at the supplier,
• EAN (bar code),
• net price (before and after the discount),
• the gross price (before and after the discount),

Stock status:

AVAILABLE / LESS THAN 10 PCS. /PRE-ORDER / NONE

IMPORTANT: If we have a small number of items in stock, which is also available on request, an appropriate message will appear under stock.

After opening the tab with a given product, other information is received, such as: all available photos, product description and specification.

Next to the selected product, enter the required quantity and add it to the virtual basket. After completing the order, go to the basket. If the order is complete and does not require correction, select the method of payment, delivery and shipping address.

Stock markings:

• AVAILABLE - the product is available in our warehouse
• LESS THAN 10 PCS - as above in an amount less than 10 pieces (if the stock on PRE-ORDER applies to the same product, a message will be displayed informing about the possibility of ordering the desired quantity)
• PRE-ORDER - product available on request (we deliver within 7 working days)
• NONE - the product is unavailable in the warehouse / at the supplier's

11. Complaints

When selling between entrepreneurs, the goods may be complained under the warranty. A guarantee is an additional right obtained by the buyer from the seller or the producer of the goods by means of a voluntary agreement or declaration (guarantee document). The warranty covers only physical defects of the item.

The buyer who did not inspect the items in time and in the manner accepted for items of a given type, and who did not notify the wholesaler immediately about the discovered defect, and if the defect came to light later, did not notify immediately after its detection, loses the right to complain.

The buyer should notify about the defect within one month of its detection. These rights expire after six months from the date of issue of the goods.

All complaints will be considered individually.

Accepted complaints (mentioned products) are sent with the next order, all invoices are paid after the deadline for shipment.

In the case of sale and shipment directly to the consumer at the request of the entrepreneur, on the basis of dropshipping, any costs and fees for delivering the advertised goods and returning the replaced product are covered by the buyer.
