The short, sleeveless dress from Noir is made entirely out of delicate stretchy tulle with a velvet flock print in a sophisticated floral design. It is also soft and stretchy and this means that it is very comfortable to wear. It is tight-fitting and has a large oval cut out at the back. The stand-up collar has a button at the back that can be used to fasten it.
90% polyester, 10% spandex.
